also known as Shaw-Nok-Nodin Migisew-Ikway her indigenous name meaning South Wind Eagle Woman. April has a previous History in the medical sector, youth and adult sector in areas of special needs, complex care, behavioural care, addictions and mental health in both Urban and Indigenous communities with 20 years combined experience in the helping field, leadership and business. As a proud Metis (Former Metis Council President), April encompasses an approach that combines mainstream approaches with indigenous global healing practices (traditional: visual and land based) and encourages her Team to use a combination of approaches. Her program development and service delivery are both client-centred as well as results focused (for individuals as well as communities). She is a firm believer that healing the spirit is a long term healing journey so that you can canoe far enough up river to see and fix the root of the problematic symptoms and that with the proper professional support team in place it can bring forth a sustainable holistic balance: spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally.

Robert is a proud Métis Citizen and a Registered Psychotherapist. Robert owns RM Psychotherapy and Consultation and provides a wide variety of clinical consultation services to Managed Care Resource. He is a well-respected bilingual (French/English) registered Psychotherapist and trainer with over 20 yrs. Experience in adult mental health, child welfare, and children’s mental health. He’s specialized in various assessments, treatments, and intervention modalities. Kim Ducharm RSW, HBSW, BA/CYC, CCW

Kim has 15 yrs experience helping others on their healing journey and in academic growth as a teacher. She has served on board of directors, numerous hours of volunteer work: Heart and Stroke, Kindness Campaign, completes the Memorial Walk for MMIWG since 2015 and so much more. Kim using a variety of modalities along with wholistic healing practices to assist her clients in meeting their goals with sustainable coping and healing practices in their repetoire. Kim works with young, adults to elders. She has had great success assist those looking to reconcile within themselves generational and residential school traumas by healing spirit first and by acknowledging the effects of moral injury.

Dale helps others along their healing journey’s with a variety of modalities and is culturally sentitive in his approach. Dale is registered with BCCSW and is a member in good standing. Sarah Susswein MC, RCC

arah works with client’s where there are at spiritually and emotionally. She enjoys helping children as young as 7 yr old and with neurodiversities such as but not limited to: ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Giftedness, trauma and executive functioning…Sarah also applies various approaches: rewind therapy, Positive Psychology and Talk therapy.

Sarah along her own professional journey has worked in various settings and therefore kows the importance of being diverse in her approach and sensitive to her clients needs. She has spent a lot of her time with youth population but has also worked with Adults.

Donald Verran MSC, OT

Donald has worked with his clients to improve sleep patterns, overcoming obstacles that hinder a persons ability to complete tasks, that feel they are in a state of burn out in ways that promote health but also wellness.

Some barriers can be identified as depression, anxiety and being overwehlmed and that is where Donald’s Strength-based approach has helped others immensly and sometime a person simply needs the guidance in order to be successful in overcoming these barriers.
