Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist and share what brings you to therapy. Here’s a quick overview:
A treatment plan is a personalized roadmap created by you and your therapist to guide your healing journey. It outlines your therapy goals, the strategies you'll use to reach them, and how progress will be measured. It's flexible and can be updated as your needs change.
The length of therapy varies for each person. Some individuals benefit from short-term support over a few sessions, while others may choose longer-term care. Your therapist will work with you to determine what’s best based on your goals and needs.
It's important to feel safe and supported in therapy. If your therapist doesn’t feel like the right match, you can request a change. We’ll help connect you with another therapist who may be a better fit for your comfort and goals.
A circle of care refers to the group of professionals involved in supporting your well-being—such as doctors, mental health workers, or support staff. With your consent, these professionals may collaborate to ensure you receive coordinated and holistic care.
