Care that meets you where you are

01

Individual Therapy

One-on-one psychotherapy blending traditional and modern approaches. Short-term and long-term support tailored to your unique journey.

Individual therapy is a safe, supportive space to focus on your mental health and well-being. It can help with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes. Sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. You and your therapist will work together to understand challenges, build coping skills, and support healing at a pace that feels right for you. Our care is guided by Indigenous ways of knowing and evidence-based practices to support your growth and healing.

02

Group & Family Support

Healing circles, family therapy, and couples counselling. Recovery and healing are collective — we support your whole circle of care.

Group support offers a safe space to connect with others who may be going through similar experiences. It is a chance to share, listen, and learn from one another in a supportive and respectful environment. Guided by a trained facilitator, group sessions focus on building coping skills, reducing isolation, and supporting healing together.

Family support helps families strengthen communication, improve understanding, and work through challenges together. Sessions provide a safe and respectful space for each voice to be heard. The goal is to support healthier relationships, build coping skills, and help families move forward together in a positive way.

03

Addiction Recovery Support

Compassionate, non-judgmental support for substance use — including SMART Recovery, Suboxone programs, and relapse prevention planning.

Addiction recovery support offers a safe and non-judgmental space to help you on your healing journey. Whether you are looking to reduce substance use, maintain recovery, or take the first steps toward change, support is tailored to your needs and goals. Together, we focus on building coping skills, understanding triggers, and strengthening your overall well-being. You are not alone, and support is available at your pace.

04

Community Outreach

Proactive outreach — home visits, radio, schools, churches — bringing support to where people are, not waiting for them to come to us.

Community outreach and support focuses on connecting people with mental health resources and services in their community. We work with individuals, families, and organizations to increase awareness, reduce barriers, and improve access to care. This may include education, referrals, and partnerships with local services. The goal is to support wellness, strengthen connections, and ensure people can access the help they need.

05

Psychoeducation & Support

Empowering individuals and families through knowledge. Workshops, healing circles, and educational resources that build resilience.

Psychoeducation helps you better understand mental health, emotions, and coping skills. It provides clear information about common challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as ways to manage them. This service may include learning about symptoms, building healthy coping strategies, and understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. The goal is to help you feel more informed, confident, and supported in your mental health journey.

06

Assessment & Care Coordination

Psychological and psychoeducational assessments. Coordinated referrals, follow-ups, and insurance navigation for seamless care.

Assessment and care coordination helps make sure you receive the right support for your needs. The assessment process focuses on understanding your situation, strengths, and challenges. Together, we use this information to create a care plan that reflects your goals. Care coordination may include connecting you with other services, making referrals, and helping you navigate available supports. The goal is to ensure your care is clear, organized, and supportive every step of the way.
